This Alto installation is run by its operator: whoever gave you its address and runs the server. They have not stated their name here yet.

What this is

Alto is a personal AI agent. By using it you accept these terms. How data is handled is in the privacy policy.

AI output

The agent's answers and actions are produced by AI and can be wrong. Check what matters yourself and do not rely on it as a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser. You answer for the actions you confirm.

Your account and your data

• What you upload and write stays yours. The operator uses it only to run the service for you.
• Guard access to your mail and devices: whoever is signed in as you acts in your name. You can sign out another device in Settings.
• You can delete the account in Settings; deletion takes effect after 7 days and is then irreversible.

What you may not do

• break the law or the rights of other people;
• create material that harms children, calls for violence or harasses;
• bypass the platform's protection, other people's access or limits;
• use the agent to send spam or to deceive.

The operator may suspend an account for such acts. You can report a person or a message right in the chat or through support.

The service as it is

The service is developing and may change. The operator works to keep data safe and the service running but does not promise it will run without interruption. The operator's liability is limited to what the applicable law allows.

Law and disputes

The applicable law is that of the place where the operator of this installation is established.
